Anytime any player from another club is rumored to be on the trade market we offer Bourjos as the center piece.

Be careful about eliminating joke categories
Our supply has already been seriously depleted with the departure of Mathis. Must admit I miss the great premium, 4000 games and CERA jokes, not to mention him throwing to first on a steal of second. Yes, I miss the jokes, but I don’t miss Jeffy.

- Reagins shouldn’t be eliminated from joke fodder until a) Wells is gone, or b) Wells wins the AL MVP award every year until his current contract is up
- Mathis shouldn’t be eliminated from joke fodder until he is no longer playing major league baseball. Seriously, how can we NOT laugh when he’s making throws to first base when Iannetta is stealing second base?
- Spencer shouldn’t be eliminated from joke fodder until we’ve all watched 4000 baseball games.

but never did get that one. Curiosity finally has got the best of me: What was the Quentin joke all about?
It was a game thread against the Chisox.
Someone missed a play and asked what Quentin did… About 9 people replied, and the rest is history.

Quentin flew out to center? And that was it? Gosh, I really thought there was some fun story behind that…
