I took my family to the 66ers game last night and noticed 7 or 8 scouts suddenly pop up when David Carpenter came on in the 9th inning. I talked with one guy who was there from the Rockies and noticed another from the White Sox. The others didn't have team affiliated stuff, but had the guns, iPads and other gear to take their notes made them easy to identify. Carpenter looked awesome- he throws 3/4 to almost sidearm with good heat, great command and solid breaking stuff.
