Interesting take on McCourt ownership situation, or the Dodgers are just a shell corporation

Yeah it's a Yankee's blog that's affiliated with ESPN, but this is a great read on the sinking ship that is the McCourts' ownership of the Dodgers. There is a really interesting flow-chart about halfway down the page that describes how the McCourts separated operation of the Dodgers into 20 separate entities. I imagine this is a pretty standard corporate model, but it is still very convoluted. This chart also brings to light the nightmare scenario that when Selig repossesses the Dodgers, McCourt might be able to still own the ticket/parking business he created and he would still own the land as well. The Dodgers, as they are now, are just "a shell consisting of player contract liabilities." The whole thing is interesting/mind-boggling/should-be-criminal.
