Chatwood struggles with command in Bees start
A little worried about our 5th starter who pitched only 3 Innings while giving up 5 walks, 4 hits, and 2 runs.

Hopefully
he treated it like a spring training start and was working on and/or getting a better feel for his secondary pitches

He's still just 21 years old
He’s going to have bouts of inconsistency while he continues to develop. I believe he’s performed very well considering how far he’s come in a very short period of time.
Very true.
Hard to complain about the youngster too much. He’s done far better than I expected.
YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARKSIDE.....
My words, exactly.
Saved me the post.
All-time Single Season GIDP Record: 36 (Jim Rice, 1984). Torii Hunter GIDP 2011 to date: 19 (53% of the way there, 57% of the way through the season!)
No worries
Probably wasn’t too amped for an SLC warmup start
All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Not surprised. He's not very good, not at this point in his career.
He’s been very fortunate so far in the bigs.
I took your stash.
Unfortunately I tend to agree.
He walks way too many guys and doesn’t strike out a whole lot of them. His stuff clearly isn’t very intimidating for opposing hitters.
He gets a lot of double plays and he seems to be a competitor which is good, but his control is going to have to improve by a lot to sustain his relative success.

Better than what Kazmir would have done
That’s for damn sure
I only hope he can repeat what he has done in the first half but I’m not so confident he can.
