Gawker had this "manifesto" of sorts up recently, regarding the spoiler-ish world we now live in and how to act accordingly(in the author's eyes, at least). This is something I've been battling with all season, but not for a tv show or movie, as discussed in the article, but sports...specifically Angels baseball. I have a couple friends who ALWAYS record the game, regardless if they're really busy or not. I, on the other hand, never record games. Or sports, in general. Sports should be watched live, in my opinion, and if I can't see a game live, I just watch highlights or read a recap. So this season alone has yielded a few arguments between us, usually because I mention a game a few hours after it's over, only to have my buddy go aggro because he hasn't taken the time to watch it yet. So, do you DVR sports/Angels? Does this happen to you, having friends either spoiler stuff for you or you inadvertently become the spoiler, and get chided for it? What is your stance on the spoiler-free sports nuts?
