Guess which catcher has the lowest CERA in the Majors?

C Mike Napoli called the shutout for LHP Derek Holland and further lowered his catcher's ERA to 2.70 in 24 games (22 starts) behind the plate. Among the 25 catchers in the majors with at least 20 starts, it is the lowest catcher's ERA. (Yahoo! Sports) So is Napoli officially Premium now?
