but then Weaver has definitely been blowing my mind…
In all fairness,
I gotta hand out a huge portion of cred for that “down the middle” success to Mathis.
Something like that only happens because the pitcher is Nolan Ryan…
OR…
the pitcher AND catcher have completely (and consistently) outfoxed the hitters.
