I don't think there is a full-proof method to get out of a slump

but playing through it isn’t working great for the team at the moment. So, logically, trying something else would be wiser.

the guy is 12th before tonight in WAR for AL positional players

and I think that’s with him getting shortchanged on his defensive value. I doubt the dWar takes into account all the balls that he could get to that he instead lets Torii or Vernon take because they are veterans.
