Watching Trout is exciting
That last time I was this glued to the screen during an AB, with no RISP… Was the days of Vladdy in his prime!!

I dont
Batting him in the bottom third of the order gives him a few less at bats, saving him next year for his RotY campaign and letting the league get one less AB per game to find a hole.
IDEAL BATTING ORDER BY DECREE OF THE PHI:
1) Bubby Abroo (DH)
2) Alberto Ca*PENISHOTGODLOL*spo (3B)
3) Shitty Commercials (2B)
4) Garret Anderson 2: Return of the Smoke (RF)
5) The Second Most Exciting Offensive Player on the Team (1B)
6) Ozzie Guillen’s All Time BFF (CF)
7) HIts Like Jesus, Runs like Flash, Throws Like Damon (LF)
8) Erick Ay*WHYPENISHOTDOGSWHATISWRONGWITHYOUTWO*ar (SS)
9) Literally anyone other than Maffaw (Extension of Sosh’s Power, the position)
Disagree? COME AT ME BRO

Why
On Earth would anyone care about ROY when it comes at the expense of winning games now? ROY is a meaningless award. The only thing it does is cost the Angels more money when arbitration rolls around.

Without buying a free agent, the Angels need a marqee name for their marketing plan next season.
It seems like the Dodgers used to pump out ROYs year after year. The Angels have a shot at it this year and next.
If it means missing out on the playoffs, then yes; but the possibility of having Trumbo and Trout back to back is enticing until it becomes impractical.
did u fall into a sar-CHaSM?
i took phi’s post as a joke. I am laughing quite hysterically. Maybe the joke’s on me?
I love this team.

Abreu leading off?
What were his splits the last two months? If we need a lefty DH, at this point I would prefer to use Branyan.

It is weird how Sosh preaches "rolls" in the bullpen
But doesn’t apply that logic to the lineup. Random playing days. A different lineup each night. Conger has no idea what he is doing here. It’s a conundrum, I say.
I prefer cinnamon over dinner rolls, myself
I love this team.

I love how when our team scores 13 runs, and has a great inning, the first thing sosh does is to change it.
Is he going for the record of most lineups in a season or what? Vernon should be batting 8th. Trout should hit higher.
Scioscia forms the line-up by salary.
Duh. How else would you do it, by talent? sarcastic voice

Watch the dugout shots of Wells. I'm not sure Trout and Wells get along so well.
The body language tells it all. Hunter sits between Wells and Trout on the bench, and when Trout hit his dingers the other night Trout and Hunter were celebrating but Wells didn’t even acknowledge Trout or even crack a smile.
"It's our money," owner Arte Moreno said.
Its like watching the more attractive, popular quarterback
of your high school stealing your girlfriend in front of you. You cant be buds with the dude taking your shit, yo.
I brought sexy back, but they only gave me store credit....
It just baffles me...
I mean I understand the competition but the guy is getting paid 60 million for the next three years no matter what happens.
I am totally fine
With Mathis being Weav’s personal catcher, Wilson being Santana’s and Conger starting every other game that is pitched by anyone else.
I brought sexy back, but they only gave me store credit....
Mathis'
Skills sure did seem to help Weav Sunday night in Texas.

Conger hasn't earned that right yet. Why do you think he deserves to start over Wilson?
While Conger may very well be the catcher of the future he hasn’t exactly lit-it up offesively..He did get a significant number of starts in the first half and failed to impress.
Soth teases us too much.
He puts up a great lineup one day and a shitty one the next. I hope this lineup continues with a platoon of Conger/Wilson. Likely won’t happen.
Mathis = Championship
Stirup = Crazy
