Fausto Carmona is not Fausto Carmona
In a truly odd case, not only is the Domincan pitcher older than he claims, he is also a different person entirely. Trying to obtain a U.S. visa using a stolen identity has landed him in jail

Is a contractual obligation to a false persona even valid?

I'm Fausto Carmona and so's my wife!!

If the Halos don't care about the way they play, then why should I?
He's NOT the Messiah!!! He's a very naughty boy!
If the Halos don't care about the way they play, then why should I?
The real question here is what does that do to his status in my Fantasy Keepers League?
Will he even get a new VISA and be allowed to play next year?
See, the real problem here is
you’re keeping Carlos Silva in a fantasy league.

Oops
I meant to say Fausto Carmona, of course.
Was just thinking of how comparable the two really are when I said that.

I'm not keeping him
I’m the Commish of a keeper league and it could be a pain in the ass for me if someone did want to keep him.
Solution:
if anyone wants to keep him, shame that person into leaving the league.
Alternatively: let them keep him and suffer the consequences of whatever happens.
