He’ll be ready for ST. And if a team wants him, they’ll want him to play 1B. This news only kind of sucks for us, because of The Great Third Base Experiment 2012.
To me, Callaspo being the starting third baseman is the silver lining.

After this off-season, I have no recollection of this Del Ninja character we used to discuss.

Hindsight is 20/20 but you have a kid that reached his childhood dream. If I got there I would play through anything until they forced me out of the lineup.
I never saw anything suggesting he hid the injury, rather he just chose to play though it. I could be wrong on that part though.
