And exactly what, pray tell, was it that Rodney "came back" from? Broken leg? Debilitating disease? Catastrophic flooding in his native DR? Uh, no. Apparently the MLB officially congratulates Rodney from "coming back" to baseball after spending a year under the guidance of Mike Scioscia.
