I signed my 4 year old son up to play T-Ball this weekend. I knew there was a good chance the league would need coaches and since I played baseball quite a bit, have a relaxed schedule since I own my business and enjoy being on a baseball field; I planned on signing up as a coach.

After I asked about coaching, they talked me into being a manager. I have no idea why I said yes. There are only two managers right now and no coaches so they are going to beg parents to sign up as coaches. Has anyone out there coached little kids before? Any suggestions on drills or exercises for 4 year olds? I'm really trying to figure out how to make baseball fun for these kids (we start practices in March so I have some time to prepare) and I need some help.

Also, sadly, the Angels was taken by the other manager already. Any suggestions on a team to go with? I'm thinking 4 year olds might love being the Pirates and I wouldn't feel bad wearing their stuff since they aren't rivals of the Angels. So please, if you have any ideas for me let me know.
