Same here.
I still can’t take LAAInsider seriously due to its choice of writers.
The only thing VW did differently last year than the year before, besides inflate his stats by playing half his games in Toronto, is buy into the Scioscia/Hatcher philosophy that a walk is as good as an out. 2011: .218/.248/.412. 2010(road stats): .224/.299/.400.

Why are their articles tallying how many "hikes" they've received?
I confess I’m not tuned in to all the fads the kids are following these days, but I always thought it was important to count the number of “likes”. Yet the second tier of articles seems to be counting the number of “hikes”. Mixed metaphor aside, who signed off on this being the finished website?
Perhaps more importantly, will Gabrielle blame the Patriots receivers for this? And does it signal that Halowood was hit by a truck?

The Hikes count refers to the number of times someone uses the argument "I'm not even going to read what you wrote, I'm right and you're wrong."
