I'm sure several of you have read this already, but it mentions that Trumbo has been working with Dr. Ken Ravizza on his mental approach to third base. I took a stress management class taught by Dr. Ravizza at Cal State Fullerton. This was in Spring 2004, and several members of that year's College World Series champion Titans (including Ricky Romero) were in the class with me. Dr. Ravizza had a HUGE impact on that team. I had no idea he was working for the Angels as a sports psychologist! All that to say, Trumbo is learning the right mental approach to the position working with Dr. Ravizza. Let's hope the physical skill set will follow.
