After reading and hearing all these pointless pessimist posts that follow the simple minded thought processes of ESPN I decided I needed to post something to cheer people up. With the kind of start we've had I can understand some of the panic, but some people are really negative for no reason. 18 games in and were tripping? Our starters barely had 3 starts each, how does that tell u what there gonna do the rest of the season?? Santana's ALWAYS a late blooming pitcher, look at his career era for April 4.57. Wilson is showing potential, 11 strikeouts tonight! Haren is looking good to come out of that little funk. Williams looked pretty solid last outing.

18 games people, it's not like Pujols is Vernon Wells part 2, he's getting used to the pitching, the guy is 4th in SLG and 6th in OPS lifetime behind Ruth, Williams, and Gerig. It's not like he's an inconsistent piece of shizzz like Wells, so Pujols will eventually start hitting. And our bullpen woes will be solved when sosh decides that Downs and Hawkins is a better option that Takahashi and Jepsen. hahah

People just need to start putting the positive vibes out for the Halos, last year showed how teams can comeback...

I thought I'd also post some other things out of ordinary to make fellow Halos feel better, such as Miami & Philly are 4th and 5th in division, while nationals are 1st, baltimore is 1st!, Clevlands 1st,, Dodgers 1st, arizona 3rd! so theres alot of early season funk out there and people are forgetting, colby lewis CANNOTTT!!! pitch a 2nd half! Colby is Mr. 35 HR's last year! Also Feliz is already needing rest!! How long u think Darvish wil last in that 110 degree Texas heat after starting every 5 days?? Facing teams like the yanks....Do people really think Napoli, Hamilton, Kinsler will all continue to be on fire and break HR records?? NO! there on a little streak and just as they slow down, Pujols will show why he's five times the hitter they all are. 4th in SLG People, stop this pessimism, show support!
