Angels doctors questionable results?

Long time halo fan, first time poster. I am a surgeon with specialization in the hand.

Just a observation that I have serious questions about the medical treatment the angels players are getting.

1. Ianetta - from reports had a pisiform fracture (which is a small carpal bone, and is actually pretty worthless), which in my experience, always, always gets a short arm cast for 6 weeks for first line treatment, and only surgery if the person complains of pain down the line. But in his case, they jumped straight to surgery, and guess what, he still is not playing 3 months later! I don't know the details but very questionable treatment at the least.

2. Kendrys - had a bad ankle fracture from reports, and this really is not my niche. but he required a revision surgery with bone graft, which was a failure of the original surgery. And took him 2 years to come back, and it still looks like he is limping.

Just 2 points, I am sure the other guys are getting quality care, but still. In professional sports, we demand perfection of the players and all personnel.
