There's nothing like going to a ballgame. The home whites, the road grays, hot dogs, beer(?)....absolutely no better way to spend a summer evening. Please share your favorite stories of going to games. Maybe something historic happened, maybe something funny happened, but nevertheless a good story is there somewhere.
2009 ALDS Game 1 There's nothing worse than bandwagon fans and all things Boston. On the heels of two tainted titles, 2009 was about the peak of the confluence between those two. When Torii Hunter hit a three run bomb off the rock pile, it felt as though 20 plus years of frustration was lifted off the shoulders of the Anaheim faithful and the jackwad front runners from the east were forced to wear their pre-faded hats in shame.
Honorable Mentions: The Weaver no-hitter, the Torii walk off grand slam, first game after Adenhart, Joe Saunders in the VA Tech hat, a couple division clinchers.
Next up will be a thread about "First Angel Game You've Attended".
