Maicer Izturis strained his left hamstring sliding into 2nd base Sunday and will be placed on the 15-Day Disabled list before Monday night's game.
Infielder Erick Aybar is getting his callup to the show. Aybar plays Shortstop and 2nd Base but can do 3rd in a pinch.
