Leading 3-1 with the leadoff runner on in the top of the 6th inning, Figgins threw what was a double play grounder out to Right Field. Two runs eventtually score, Escobar's pitch count goes throught he roof and Shields is forced to pitch for the 3rd time in 3 games and gives up a squibber of a run.
