Top 100 Angels: Adam KENNEDY #24

#24 ADAM KENNEDY - 2B (2000-'06)

Adam has a lot of counting stat records that place him in the franchise all-time Top Ten - but these are by virtue of his 7 seasons of almost everyday play as the defensive gem and consistent bat (his .280 Angels batting average in 3600+ Plate Appearances is 10th all time among Angels with more than 2000 plate appearances).

He ranks 20th all time in Franchise Win Shares with 93 regular season win shares. He ranked 24th in our Post-2005 Top 100 Angels tabulation.

His 3 bombs in the clinching 2002 ALCS game were easily one of the most glorious moments in Angels history, helping to wipe decades of postseason misery away with three sweet uppercuts.
