RHP Sean O'Sullivan was optioned back to Triple-A Salt Lake after his start Saturday against the Orioles. With an off day Thursday, the Angels will not need a fifth starter again until after the All-Star break. The move allows O'Sullivan to continue starting on a regular basis through the break. He or Matt Palmer could rejoin the Angels' rotation after the break.
