MLB's official transactions confirm that the Angels have optioned RHP Trevor Bell to AAA Salt Lake in exchange for RHP Michael Kohn. You may know him as the "bullpen savior," but keep your heads screwed on. This time last year, Kohn was pitching in Cedar Rapids, and his walk rate has jumped significantly every time he's been promoted. Still, the 13.6 K/9 in 135 minor league innings is exciting.
