In extras, Kendrys Morales hit a solo HR to lead off the tenth and Vernon Wells later drove in Erick Aybar to add an important insurance run. Wells had 3 RBI in the game. It was that crazy of a contest!

So in the bottom of the tenth, Frieri surrenders a run but strikes out Adrian Gonzalez representing the winning run to sweep the chowd garbage and head to Detroit to see what no scheduled Verlander and an aching Miguel Cabrera play like.
