The 2012 minor league season has ended and the Angels have made what appears to be the final call ups of the year, adding catcher Hank Conger and pitcher Barry Enright to the major league roster.

With Jered Weaver's bruised arm putting his Friday start against the Tigers into question, a spot start for Enright is not out of the question. While his AAA numbers for the season were a mediocre 4.86 ERA. 1.41 WHIP and a 8.8 H/9, he turned it around in eight starts for the Salt Lake Bees after being acquired from the Diamondbacks for minor leaguer Frazier Hall on July 26. Under the tutelage of Halo management, Enright accrued a 2.73 ERA/ 1.15 WHIP and 7.2 H/9 in 52 IP.

Hank Conger finds himself behind Chris Iannetta, Bobby Wilson and John Hester in the big club's depth chart but a good season with the Bees wither keeps him in the picture or at least outs him high on the Winter Meetings trade pedestal - not a centerpiece but not a throw-in either. What could a Conger/Trumbo package deliver to Anaheim for Christmas? Think about it...
