In yet another baffling move from the former outfielder/designated hitter, Jose Canseco provided the Yankees' Alex Rodriguez with a warm welcome to Twitter. And from one performance enhancing drug user to another, Canseco provided us with this:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>welcome to twitter bitch tit <a href="https://twitter.com/AROD">@arod</a></p>— Jose Canseco (@JoseCanseco) <a href="https://twitter.com/JoseCanseco/statuses/349590750884937728">June 25, 2013</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Of course the Twitter universe gobbled this one up showered the tweet with plenty of shares and favorites. Canseco had a good career: one championship with the Athletics and one with the Yankees, six All-Star Game appearances, and the American League Most Valuable Player Award. After retiring, Canseco appeared on VH1's The Surreal Life to complement his book Juiced which was released in 2005. Most recently he played with the Fort Worth Cats of the United League. Yep, Jose Canseco is that kind of guy.
My dad told me the biggest home run he's ever seen came via a Canseco home run right by the Big A. Well, it's good to see Jose Canseco is still doing something...
