In what could have been another one of those nights when you see the Angels bullpen do all they can to lose the game, Josh Hamilton and Howie Kendrick save it. With a man on 1B and nobody out in the bottom of the tenth inning, Howie did not ground into a double play. he hit a double that got the Hambone motoring to the plate and to the victory.

Highlights: Jered Weaver pitching well - at 107 pitches, could he have gone into the ninth inning and gotten the win of the 2-1 game? Saying goodbye to the past with the cutting of Raul Ibanez today and with him being let go a big hello to our future with a home run by C.J. Cron to give the Angels their first lead of the night, breaking a 1-1 tie late.

Lowlights: Kevin Jepsen surrendering a home run to lead off the top of the ninth inning to tie the game 2-2.

But we survived!

Enjoy tonight.
