Angels Lose in Extras

Street makes an appearance and Thatcher still cannot get anybody out.

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

In what was the proverbial pitchers duel both Richards and King Felix had no hitter going until the 4th inning.  It was nice to see Street pitch.  It is too bad that we could not have included Thatcher in the Street.  He continues to be unable to do his job.  Face the random lefty and get him out.  Tonight saw him give up a double and single to the two batters he faced.  Essentially sealing the fate of the Angels and the eventual loss

Manager Mike underwhelms once again with poor decisions.  No idea why we aren't  bunting with Howie on second in the bottom of the 9th.  I thought Manager Mike was the greatest manager ever.

Have a good night.
