So, MLB Daily Dish has put together an interesting survey experiment to gauge confidence ratings for MLB general managers. They haven't gotten much response from Angels fans, so i'm blasting this out on the front page. It takes a minute...actually, it takes less than a minute. Just choose your favorite team(Angels, duh), click on the score that best describes your confidence in the Angels front office, and that's it! You're done. You can write in a reason why, if you'd like, and also attack your SBN handle to it, but if you just want to answer the one confidence question, that's perfectly fine.
Keep in mind this is for CURRENT front office leadership, which is kind of confusing since we just had a GM leave a month or so ago. Bill Stoneman has some history, plus he just manned the controls during the trade deadline, so between him, Arte Moreno, Mike Scioscia and everybody else that may be pulling the strings, that's who you want to keep in mind, as far as confidence rating goes. Got it? Good.
So the results are in, and...Angels fans have a lot LESS confidence in our GM/Front Office than most other fanbases surveyed. Are you surprised? Didn't think so. Check it out.
Only the Mariners, Marlins, Red Sox and Phillies had a mean rating lower than the Angels did. Ouch, but again...not really surprising.
