Note: This will be the final post of the week for me. I'm heading to Motown for a wedding this weekend, so you'll have to research the scores (LINK) on your own tomorrow morning.

These past few days, ol' Rog has been making the case for a September call-up.

Class A: Burlington Bees

Standout Stats

Nice night for our young Ward. Notice the XBH, which happened to be a double that scored an important insurance run in the top of the tenth.

Robocop pitched well enough for a win, but two different relievers blew the save, once in the seventh and once in the ninth. Ah, well, all's well that ends well.

Rookie: Orem Owlz

Great come-from-behind win for the Hooterz.

Standout Stats

What a night! The 21-year-old Dominican topped it off with a walkoff two-run ding dong.

The only Owl to go more than 1.2 innings last night.
