Jared Ruxer (RHP), started his first two games of the season this past week (he was in the pen until then) and allowed only 3 ER in 8 IP. He also only walked 2 and struck out 7. He has a 1.39 ERA in 32 IP in 2016 with 32K and only 8 walks.
Jaime Barria (#9 BBA Prospect), seems to have gotten his walks under control, issuing just 2 of them over his past 3 games (15 IP). He stuck out 9 during that time as well. He's been pretty solid this year though he does seem to allow 2-3 runs just about every game he pitches (5 inning starts).
Grayson Long (#6 BBA Prospect), Gave up only 4 hits over his last 2 outing and zero runs. Unfortunately he went on the 7-day DL May 30 (not sure why)
Kevin Grendell (LHP) Has a 1.93 ERA in his 8 games and a staggering 30Ks in only 18.2 IP. He's also walked 6 and has a .188BAA and .96WHIP. He was released by the Aberdeen Ironbirds (Orioles) back in April.
Jared Foster (OF) has a 5 game hitting streak and yesterday went 2 for 5 with 2 HR and 5 RBI. He's batting .375 his last 5 games with 2 walks.
Joe Gatto (2nd round pick, 2014), gave up 6ER in 4.2IP his last time out. He has a 1.80 WHIP, .293BAA, and 6.80ERA on the season.
Jordan Serena (SS) is hitting just .125 his last 10 games with 9 Ks. At least he's walked 5 times.

Juan Moreno (2B) was just assigned to extended spring training AKA purgatory, on May 27th.
Inland Empire 66ers
San Bernardino, CA
Level = A+, California League
It's no surprise there is not much good going on for the 66ers since they have the worst record in the California League, and nearly in all of High A ball..
Ayendy Perez (CF) is one of the few shining stars as of late for the 66ers. He has a .348 AVG his last 10 games with 3 walks and 3 SB.
[Moving up!] Adam Hofacket (RHP) was moved up from A ball on May 24th. He has converted all 8 of his save opportunities with a 2.77ERA and 29K in 26 IP with only 2 walks.
Jake Jewell (#5 BBA Prospect) Has been up and down this season and has allowed 10 ER in his last 13 IP (3 games), and he walked 8 with 23 hits. He has a 7.15 ERA and a 2.16 WHIP in 2016.
Jeremy Rhoades (RHP) gave up 7 ER in 3.2 innings his last start and only struck out 1. His ERA is 5.77 on the season.
Wade Wass (C) Couldn't hit in AA and now he can't hit in High A. Just .158 his last 10 games which is a surprising improvement over the sub .100 he was toting before.
Taylor Ward (C - #1 BBA Prospect) Was showing some signs of improvement but now is .163 over his last 10 with 7Ks and only 2 walks. Along with Baldoquin, he's one of the worst performing top prospects the Angels have right now.
Roberto Baldoquin (SS) is on the DL AGAIN after coming back and playing just two games (he went 0 for 8).
[Moving up!] Josh Delp (OF) Moved up from Burlington on May 31. He went 1 for 3 in his first game with the 66ers.
[Moving up!] Hutton Moyer (2B) was moved up from the Bees on May 14th. He's only hitting .211 his last 10 games but .288 this year with 5HR.

Jose Molina (LHP) hasn't allowed a run his last 5 appearances in 7IP. He also only allowed 3 walks and 3 hits during those games.
Andrew Daniel (2B) He's only hit .264 this season, but .343 over his last 10 games. He's progressed well and will likely land in AAA next season at age 24. Since May 4th, he's only had 3 games out of 23 where he has not been on base.
Cal Towey (OF) is a man on fire! He has raised his season average to .306 by going 16 for 35 (.457) his last 10 games and also walked 8 times. He's currently having his best year since his rookie season if he can keep up this pace. He hasn't hit higher than .279 since that first year.
Tony Scriber (RHP) was knocked out of his last start after 2.1 IP and 5ER allowed on 5 walks and 4 hits. His 2016 ERA is at 6.25
Jabari Henry (LF) is hitting .132 since 5/20 and has struck out 12 times his last 10 games.
Chad Hinshaw (CF) continues to be a 2016 bust. He has 11K over his last 10 games with a .200 AVG. He's just .199 on the year with a mountainous 31% K rate. It's almost like he's trying to strike out.
[Moving up!] Caleb Adams (RF) started out the season strong but is hitting just .189 his last 10 games. He still has a .350 OBP this season, he's just been cold recently. He was just called up from the 66ers and in his first game with the Travelers he went 2 for 5 with an RBI and 3 Ks.

Kaleb Cowart (3B - #8 BBA Prospect), has continued hitting well with a .333 since May 10th. His season AVG has now climbed to .303 with a .352 OBP. He's still striking out a lot and not walking much though.
Ryan Jackson (SS) had a 10 game hitting streak going until Wednesday.
Ji-Man Choi (LF) can't hit big league pitching, but he has a .320 AVG since joining the Bees on May 19th. His OBP is .426 and he even has a HR and 2 SB.
Nick Buss (LF) is have a dream season in Salt Lake. His .390 AVG over the last 10 games has raised his season to .342 with a .389 OBP and .572 SLG. The 29-year-old is on his way to the best season of his career.
Nate Smith (RHP - #3 BBA Prospect) Nate Smith got hammered on 5/28 to the tune of 9ER in 4IP. He gave up 10 hits in the thrashing. Four starts ago on 4/28, he had his other bad outing of the year giving up 8ER over 4IP. The rest of his starts this year have been pretty solid but the two bad ones have jacked his ERA up to 4.80.
Chris Jones (LHP) gave up 7ER in 6IP his last start.n He now has a 6.32 ERA on the year and a .323 BAA
Kyle McGowin (RHP) made the move from Arkansas to Salt Lake with a promotion on May 4th. Since then, he's thrown 30 innings and allowed 12 runs and has 22 Ks. A 3.48 ERA is not too shabby in the hitter friendly PCL. He's hasn't allowed more than 3 runs in his 5 AAA starts, but is walking a ton (14 total)
