Angels Week 4 Rankings - Pitchers

If you read my articles last year, each week I wrote a summary of the best and and well, the not so good performances of the week. This year I’m changing the format a bit. I’ll cover the entire 40 man roster and will split it between position players and pitchers (generally 20 or so guys on each list). Each week the list will change based on the past week’s performance - but also taking into account their performance year to date.

Summary

Pitching was a highlight yet again for the Angels. Aside from a 4 run Chavez start, Angels starters didn’t allow more than 2 runs in any of the other 6 games. The pitching staff as a whole had a 2.67 ERA over the past 7 days.

Despite a slow start, the pitching staff ranks 8th overall in ERA, 3rd in WHIP, and 6th in BAA after one month.
