After Monster Ma(r)shing it up at Burlington this season, Angels minor-league outfielder and top prospect Brandon Marsh is moving up to the High-A Inland Empire 66ers.
Brandon Marsh was just promoted to high Class A. He got another promotion earlier this week onto the Baseball America Top 100 Prospects list.https://t.co/FwnmAbV2KK

Marsh, the Angels #4 prospect according to MLB.com, batted .295/.390/.470 with a 137 wRC+ for class-A Burlington in the Midwest League this season with a 13.6% walk rate and a 26% strikeout rate. He has hit 3 HR in 154 plate appearances.
Initially overlooked by scouts due to a back fracture that kept him out of play the year he was drafted, Marsh quickly earned rave reviews for his raw power and instinctive feel for hitting. Ranked 97th among all prospects by Fangraphs’ evaluators, Brandon Marsh’s stock could rise quickly in the coming months as he continues to hit and hit for power, if it has not already done so.
