Angels Week 12 Rankings - Pitchers

The good, the bad, and the meh - Not much to see here

I’ll cover the entire 40 man roster and will split it between position players and pitchers (generally 20 or so guys on each list). Each week the list will change based on the past week’s performance - but also taking into account their performance year to date.

These rankings were compiled with the help of MLB stats, FanGraphs, misc. data, personal opinion, scribblings on Cam Bedrosian’s Five Guys wrappers, and some fairy dust I found hidden in Matt Shoemaker’s beard.

Starters combined for a pretty blah 4.20 ERA last week with the bullpen putting up a depressing 7.46 ERA. The bullpen racked up 2 losses, 3 blown saves, and 6 home runs allowed - a huge factor in the Angels winning only 1 of their 6 games.

Most of the pitchers on this list could have dropped most spots than they did but there is only so far you can go when all the other guys also sucked.

Not on this list:

Alex Meyer, 60 day DL
Matt Shoemaker, 60 day DL
Miguel Almonte, AAA DL
JC Ramirez, 60 day DL
Blake Wood, 60 day DL
Parker Bridwell, 7 day DL
Shohei Ohtani, 10 day DL
