Surprise, surprise. The Angels have a rather unique lineup for tonight against the Blue Jays.

In case you didn’t catch that, this is the lineup:
- David Fletcher, 2b
- Mike Trout, DH
- Justin Upton, LF
- Luis Valbuena, 3b
- Andrelton Simmons, SS
- Kole Calhoun, RF
- Jose Briceño, C
- Jose Miguel Fernandez, 1b
- Michael Hermosillo, CF
The highlights?
David Fletcher leads off for the first time in his career, Mike Trout is still at DH (so Hermosillo plays center in his stead), Kole Calhoun looks to continue hitting in his return off the DL, and Luis Valbuena hits cleanup. Briceño will play in his ninth major league game tonight, and on a related note, René Rivera has been transferred to the 60-day DL.
In addition, the Angels have claimed reliever Hansel Robles from the New York Mets.
Robles, 27, is a bullpen arm throwing mid-90s that primarily offers a fastball-slider mix. Has a serious home run problem, career 9.91 K/9, 4.02 BB/9, and 4.41 FIP. #Angels https://t.co/dCwjBn692c
