Angels lose series to the Rangers so you can blame it on the rain - or Noe Ramirez

Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it’s back to .500 we go

MLB: Los Angeles Angels at Texas Rangers Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Angels 2 Rangers 4

This post game is brought to you by a rain delay. Or it might as well have been. Truth be told the entire writing staff was busy all day and no one had time to write the terrible news. It’s a rate occurrence, but it happens. So here we are, talking about how the Angels lost the series to the Rangers. The LAST PLACE Rangers. A .500 team is a team that sweeps the Padres then gets beat up by the Rangers. It’s just how it works.

Thanks to a not so well placed Noe Ramirez pitch into the rainy day, stinky Odor launched a 3 run homer. The Angels offense was tired, wet, or just not good so that didn’t help.

In the end, Jaime Barria’s solid start meant nothing. Thanks Noe. David Fletcher’s 2 hit game also did little in the end. Thanks Noe. Go to bed, dry out, win next time.
