Immediately following the exciting walk off victory for game 162, Mike Scioscia announced he was stepping down as Angels’ manager.
I am going to step down. I will not be returning to manage the Angels next year. -Scioscia

3,078 games and 19 seasons at the helm of the team has come to an end. An era is ending and new one will begin.
