When the World Series starts Tuesday night, a familiar voice will be on the call. Joe Buck, who has been working the World Series and Championship Series for over ten years, is doing the play-by-play. The vitriol towards him is high, and a fan who paid good money to sit behind home plate wore a “Joe Buck Sucks” shirt:

Last Thursday, when Buck was not on air (he was doing Thursday Night Football), people still criticized “Joe Buck”, who was actually Joe Davis, on Twitter.
What are your feelings on Buck? He does have some legendary calls, but he often uses the same phrases over and over again. Do the benefits outweigh the costs?
