SBNation FanPulse: Fans asked whether they like one-and-done Wild Card games

Last week, the Wild Card games were pretty exciting and crazy.

In one game, players became heroes. Players’ errors were magnified. Every single pitch was in high leverage. The one game does punish the teams that make it there and don’t win their divisions (because of variability) and it provides for some amazing drama. 55% of fans said they liked the current format.

Are you confident in the direction of the Angels?

Do you approve of the job manager Brad Ausmus has done?

48% Yes (up from 41% last week)

52% No

This is a little pedantic, because Ausmus is gone now.
