All-Star, Justin Upton will be on a rehab with the 66ers tomorrow, June 7th.
Gates open at 6pm. This rehab is brought to you by @sanmanuelband. #LTBU #TheHaloWay #Angels pic.twitter.com/zkGXoZHBoI
Also, as noted by the Angels PR on Twitter, Matt Harvey will be starting for the Salt Lake Bees tonight.
It would appear that non-human Andrelton Simmons is already doing better as well. No running or lateral movement yet, but he was spotted fielding ground balls yesterday.
Well this is a good sign for the Angels. Andrelton Simmons taking easy grounders as he recovers from a bad ankle sprain. Simba has some ridiculous healing ability. pic.twitter.com/ey3zGJGdX6— Patrick O'Neal (@Patrick_ONeal) June 6, 2019
In other injury news:
No timeframe yet on Keynan Middleton, but his return is getting closer:
Finally, Kevan Smith will be back on the roster tonight as well.
That’s gonna be a lot of roster shifting. Kevan Smith is back today and they’ll most likely need another pitcher for Saturday— Adam Tenenbaum (@adam_tenenbaum) June 7, 2019
