MLB acted on the violent collision at home plate. I figured we wouldn’t hear anything until after the All Star Game. No word yet on whether or not Marisnick will appeal.

I also agree that I don’t think he “tried” to hurt Lucroy - but he DID try to knock him over or cause a misplay. All of the Marisnick defenders were talking about how much of a nice guy he is:
Exactly. @JSMarisnick is a nice guy. He would never try to hurt anyone. I don’t know how anyone could even think about accusing him of being such a dirty player. Jake is a class act.
