Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Angels fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

Justin Verlander pitched a no-hitter today. It was the third such performance of his career. He’s also had many other bids to blank the other team, including this outing in 2011:

Erick Aybar bunted for a hit, Verlander **probably** threw the ball away on purpose, and the scorer gave him an error. Verlander’s bid would last a little longer.

Although the question is very vague and does not specify any individual situation, we can assume that it had such instances like Aybar’s bunt in mind. 69.6% of voters said they would be okay with such a bunt.
