HH Pool: When will the Angels clinch a losing season?

As of this writing, the Angels sit at 65-73, just 9 losses shy of ensuring yet another losing season. The question now becomes “when” not “if” that happens.

So, let’s have a little fun with this: pick the date you think the Angels will clinch a losing season in 2019. Here is a link to the Angels schedule in September (because we won’t be playing in October) for help.

To enter, leave a comment below with the date and opponent as your answer. For tie breaker purposes, also leave your prediction for the score in that game.

In the spirit of this competition and year, I will reward the winner with modestly priced tickets to a game of their choice in 2019. If the winner can not make any of the remaining games, we will work something out.

1. Date of the selection. It pays to be early and original.
2. Closest to winners actual score.
3. Closest to Angels actual score.
4. We’ll work something out.
