Mother’s Day 2020: Last-minute gift ideas for your favorite Angels fan

Mother’s Day is this Sunday, May 10, a day to show our love and gratitude for the woman who brought us into this world.

When I think of a bond between a mother and son, I often think of this tweet from Cut4 in late April, asking for folks to reply with their favorite major league player, in GIF form.

For Debbie Trout, there was one clear answer.

Of course she chose Mike Trout, because Trout should be the obvious answer for just about everybody. The appreciation and enthusiasm Debbie Trout has for her son is wonderful.

May all of our moms express such joy. What better way to return the favor than by buying mom some Angels gear for Mother’s Day. Nothing says “I love you” more than by giving your mom a Mike Trout t-shirt, or maybe one with Shohei Ohtani, or Albert Pujols.

Maybe your mom already has all the Trout clothing she needs. That’s fine, since there is plenty of Anthony Rendon apparel, too. The choices are almost endless, really.
