Albert Pujols’ MLB future up in the air after 2021

A lot of confusion surrounding his future past 2021

On Monday afternoon, Albert Pujols’ wife posted on Instagram saying that 2021 would be her husband’s final season in the big-leagues. Then, she changed it to say it would be his final season with the Angels, due to his contract.

For a few hours, it looked as if Pujols was ready to hang it up. Now, it looks like there’s a chance we can see him after the 2021 season.

Pujols, 41, has spent 20 seasons in the big leagues, this upcoming season will be his 21st. He spent the first 11 seasons of his career in St. Louis and has spent the last 10 in Los Angeles with the Angels.
