The Headline reads How Does Chili Davis Really Feel About Candlestick Park. Chili was always critical of the SF Giants' old stadium, as it got cold and windy in the outfield he patrolled there early in his career. The Halo propaganda at the time was that he would be a productive acquisition in our Sunny Anaheim outfield.
Of course, that hardly redeems the sheer tastelesness of this Game Program cover from the 1988 season which, as my girlfriend so perfectly put it, "Is almost funny because it is so not funny anymore..."
