A few years ago, the Dodgers said goodbye to Mike Scoiscia and the Angels snapped him up. People said the Angels were trying to copy the Dodgers' success.

So what do we make of the latest interviewees for the vacant Dodger manager position--former Angel managers Jim Fregosi and Terry Collins? for more info, click here.

I'd say they were trying to copy the Angels' success, but that's a bit of a stretch with these guys, especially Collins. Frankly, I don't know what they are doing, and I'm guessing most Dodger fans are thinking the same thing.

... they're running out of internal candidates, or don't have any, and the list of external candidates is pretty slim. Seriously, Frank McCourt's list of requirements is subject to day-to-day change, and his proclivity for firing people is a distinct negative; top-flight talent like Theo Epstein give him the silent treatment. Who wants to walk into the McCourt's insane asylum?
