The Times' combination of self-infatuation and thin-skinned-ness comes out in this piece... Frankie won't talk to the media. Frankie sells papers for the Times no doubt, no matter who writes for the Times, not the other way around. So they are ascared of inconsequentiality, so they make his lack of cooperation the story...
