In last year’s voting, Guerrero had 72.0% of publicly available votes, finishing with an actual 71.7% in the voting. With nearly 95 percent of publicly available votes this year, it would take a catastrophe for Vlad to not receive the 75 percent threshold required for induction when results are released next Wednesday.
As the days continue to roll on, the induction of one of Anaheim’s most beloved stars becomes more and more likely. Vladimir Guerrero will most likely be inducted to Cooperstown this year.
