Just day 1, but lots of fun stuff all around

It’s back! Minor leauge baseball had opening days yesterday at all levels from A ball to AAA. Here’s some of the most interesting stuff from the Angels farm system.

Burlington Bees (A)
Lost 2-4

Jo Adell was 1 for 3 with an RBI and a walk
Brandon Marsh was 0 for 3 with a fielding error
Torii Hunter Jr was 0 for 3 with 3 Ks
The Bees struck out 14 times in 26 ABs and also walked 9 times. Welcome to A ball!

Inland Empire 66ers (Advanced A)
Won 3-2

Jahmai Jones batted lead off and made his pro debut at 2B
Roberto Baldoquin was 2 for 3 with a stolen base
Griffin Canning made his pro debut and allowed 1 hit and 2 walks over 4 innings with 6 Ks.

Mobile BayBears (AA)
Won 9-4

Brennon Lund was 1 for 4 at leadoff with 2 runs scored
Matt Thaiss was 1 for 5
